What is Mobile Bartending?

Mobile bartending brings the full bar experience to you, wherever your event takes place. From weddings and backyard celebrations to corporate gatherings, we provide the setup, tools, mixers, and professional bartenders to serve craft-quality drinks at any location.

Coastline Collective operates as a dry-hire service, meaning we do not supply alcohol in compliance with TABC regulations. You purchase your own alcohol, and we handle everything else from setup and ice to mixers, garnishes, and service.

To make it simple, we calculate quantities and create a personalized shopping list based on your guest count and menu. What you buy, you keep, and in many cases, venues or liquor stores allow you to return unopened bottles after your event. You get the perfect amount for your celebration without overspending.

OUR PROCESS

1. Inquiry & Quote

Let’s get this party started! Fill out our Book Your Event form with a few details about your celebration: when, where, and what you’re envisioning. Once we have that, we’ll send a personalized quote based on your guest count, setup needs, and bar style.

2. Secure Your Date

Ready to make it official? A signed service agreement and 25% non-refundable deposit lock in your event date. Once confirmed, we’ll send a detailed outline of what’s included and a simple shopping list for your alcohol. Texas law requires that clients purchase and provide their own alcohol, but we’ll make that part easy.

3. Planning & Final Details

As the date approaches, we’ll connect to confirm your drink selections, timeline, and any add-ons or upgrades. Your remaining balance is due seven days before the event, and from there we’ll handle the rest so you can relax and enjoy the lead-up to your celebration.

4. Event Day

Our team arrives about one hour before service to set up, style the bar, and get everything ready to pour. Once the drinks start flowing, you can sit back, mingle, and enjoy your event while we handle every last detail from setup to cleanup.
