  • No. Per Texas regulations, you or your venue must purchase and own the alcohol- we serve it. We’ll create a detailed plan tailored to your menu and guest count so you’ll know exactly what to buy and how much. In most cases, unopened bottles can even be returned after your event.

  • Yes! We carry full general and liquor liability insurance. All bartenders are TABC-certified and have current Food Handlers certifications.

  • Yes! We proudly serve the greater Coastal Bend area, including Corpus Christi, Portland, Rockport, Port Aransas, Aransas Pass, and surrounding towns. Travel within 25 miles of Corpus Christi is included. For events farther away, a modest mileage fee applies, and we’re happy to travel for destination celebrations upon request.

  • We’re coastal- we get it! Weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor events. If rain is in the forecast, we’ll adjust your setup as best we can to keep service running safely and comfortably. In the event of severe weather that makes it unsafe or impossible to serve, refunds are not provided, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate or adjust within reason.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and staffing. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to work with you. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be responsible for the remaining balance.

  • Absolutely. We can design a full zero-proof bar or mix mocktails alongside your cocktail menu. Perfect for corporate events, baby showers, or all-ages celebrations.

  • Definitely. We handle all the calculations and provide a personalized shopping list based on your event size, drink menu, and service length. What you buy, you keep (or return) so you’ll never overspend.

  • To officially reserve your date, we require a signed service agreement and a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event.

  • Our team arrives about one hour before service time to set up, style the bar, and ensure everything is ready to pour right on schedule.

  • Yes! That’s exactly what our Bartender-Only Service is for. It’s perfect for venues that already have a bar setup in place but need experienced, professional bartenders to serve.

  • Gratuity is not included in our package pricing. A tip jar will be placed on the bar unless you prefer to include a set gratuity in your final invoice. Clients who choose to prepay gratuity can add 15–20% to their total.

  • Yes! We can design a signature cocktail or full menu that matches your theme, color palette, or favorite spirits. Custom cocktail design is offered as an add-on and will be discussed during your quote to ensure it’s tailored perfectly to your event.
