    Pricing Note

    Package pricing includes supplies and service for up to 50 guests. For larger events, pricing adjusts slightly in a tiered system depending on the add-on and event needs. Final totals will be reflected in your personalized quote.

  • Travel Policy
    Travel within 25 miles of Corpus Christi, TX is included. A mileage fee of $1 per mile (round trip) applies beyond that distance.

    Setup & Cleanup
    Our team arrives about one hour before service time to set up, style the bar, and ensure everything is ready to pour right on schedule. Cleanup of the bar area is also included after service ends.

    Alcohol Policy
    Due to TABC laws, clients must provide all alcohol. Coastline Collective supplies mixers, ice, cups, and all other bar essentials unless otherwise noted in your package.

    Guest Count
    All package pricing includes service and supplies for up to 50 guests. Larger events are priced in increments of 25 additional guests using a tiered system. Additional staff or supplies may be required, which will be reflected in your custom quote.

    Gratuity
    A tip jar can be placed on the bar during service. If the event prefers not to allow a tip jar, a gratuity may be added to the final invoice instead. Gratuity arrangements will be finalized prior to the event date.

    Deposits, Payments & Weather Policy
    To reserve your event date, a signed service agreement and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required. Once confirmed, your date is officially secured on our calendar.

    The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your event. This ensures our team can finalize all details, staffing, and supplies for your celebration.

    Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are subject to the full remaining balance, as all preparations and scheduling are completed by that time.

    Coastline Collective operates rain or shine and will always do our best to adjust for light weather conditions. If severe weather makes setup or service unsafe, we’ll work closely with you to reschedule your event for another available date. While payments are non-refundable, they can be transferred once to a new date with advance notice.
