Starting at $500
• Minimum service: up to 50 guests and 4 hours of continuous bar service
(Setup and breakdown time are included and do not count toward service hours)
• Experienced, TABC-certified & Food Handler–verified bartender(s)

Package pricing includes supplies and service for up to 50 guests. For larger events, pricing adjusts slightly in a tiered system depending on the add-on and event needs. Final totals will be reflected in your personalized quote.

Travel Policy
Travel within 25 miles of Corpus Christi, TX is included. Additional travel is billed at $1 per mile round trip beyond 25 miles.
Setup and Cleanup
Our team arrives approximately one hour before service begins to set up the bar and prepare everything for service. Cleanup of the bar area is included after service ends.
Alcohol Policy
Due to Texas TABC laws, clients must provide all alcohol for their event. Coastline Collective provides mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, and all necessary bar equipment unless otherwise specified in your selected service.
Guest Count
All package pricing includes service and supplies for up to 50 guests. Larger events are priced based on additional guest count. Additional staff or supplies may be required depending on event size and will be reflected in your custom quote.
Gratuity
A tip jar may be placed on the bar during service. If the event prefers not to allow a tip jar, gratuity can be added to the final invoice instead. Gratuity arrangements will be finalized prior to the event date.
Setup Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, level area for the bar setup and reasonable access to the service location. If the event is outdoors, a covered or shaded area is recommended to protect the bar setup and supplies.
Water and Power
Access to water and electrical outlets may be required depending on the event setup and selected upgrades. Any special requirements will be discussed during the planning process.
Deposits and Payments
To reserve your event date, a signed service agreement and a 25% nonrefundable deposit are required. Once the deposit is received, your event is officially secured on our calendar.
The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the event date so our team can finalize staffing and preparation.
Cancellations and Weather
Deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations made within seven days of the event may be subject to the remaining balance as preparations and staffing will already be finalized.
Coastline Collective operates rain or shine. If severe weather creates unsafe conditions for service, we will work with you to reschedule your event for another available date. Payments may be transferred once to a new date with advance notice.
Responsible Service
Coastline Collective reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or who cannot present valid identification when required. Our bartenders follow all Texas alcohol service laws to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
